A Familiar Place: Cheung Chau Pizza

Cheung Chau Pizza

Another live blog post! Jackie and I went to this new pizza place in Cheung Chau (they have only been open for 2 weeks now!) and we met the couple who run the place. A really awesome surprise — they are from Argentina!

For dinner, we ordered a pizza with cheese, cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, prosciutto ham and rocket (that’s the British way to say arugula)!

We had good conversations with Gustavo and Adriana! They recommended their lasagna with their homemade sauce. We were so ready to eat lunch the next day.

The plate was pippin’ hot. The sauce was still sizzling. Taking a bite from it was like a taste of home. At home in Venezuela, we always made homemade lasagna and sauce.

As a lover of tiramisu, this one was so good. It was creamy and the taste of coffee was there.

We were able to chat with the team and learned about how they opened recently and have been picking up the business.

I really recommend this place, as the food tastes homemade, the environment is nice, spacious, and the staff are super friendly!
