A visit to Heima Heima in Cheung Chau

Writing up a live blog post! (It means we are at the location, sharing about our experience!)

My sister Jackie and I are in Cheung Chau right now talking a few days off. A friend recommended me to visit Heima Heima, and it’s a long walk from the popular areas, but it has been worth it to visit this cafe!

Jackie, what was your first impression of Heima Heima?

“It’s freakin’ far, but… it has a very nice ambiance and really good affogato and hojicha latte (which is what we ordered.) The music is nice, the decor is minimalistic.”

This is the affogato ($44hkd) and it came with a cute little pouring thingy with espresso and a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Jackie ordered a hojicha latte ($42hkd). It is sweet and it has an aftertaste of the hojicha tea powder. The milk is creamy and very refreshing.

Overall, a recommended place for people when visiting Cheung Chau! :) Suggestion: Rent a bike to go into this area of the island!
